You don’t need to make separate food for your baby! Here’s an example of how you can make creamy pumpkin spaghetti for the whole family with very slight adaptations for your baby. To learn more about how to offer your baby pasta, check out this Instagram tutorial by Nita!

Baby Friendly Creamy Pumpkin Spaghetti

A lightened up creamy pumpkin pasta sauce with just the right blend of spices.

Course: Main Course

Instructions

  • Make the sauce as directed. Choose a low sodium chicken broth.
  • When choosing a pasta, choose a shape that works well for your baby's age and ability (if you're not sure about that, our e-course Start Solids Confidently covers starting and progressing your baby on pasta!). Bonus points for choosing a higher iron pasta, such as one made with chickpeas.
  • When plating the dishes, skip the parmesan cheese for baby!
